Mas Lluganas is a ferme-auberge, which specialises in duck, chickens, the famous Rose des Pyrenees veal, confits, apricot and fig pates, and foie gras, as well as prepared dishes from locally sourced ingredients.You can visit the farm and see all the animals in situ.
They also have several gites, as well as bed and breakfast accomodation with the possibility of half board at the Auberge, where you can try such dishes as magret de canard with cherries, veal with lemon, and peach flan before making your purchases. Everything on offer is produced at the Mas, including the vegetables, fruit and wine. The meals at the Auberge cost 24 Euros and the rooms are 55 Euros for a double.
The owners are present at several local markets and you can also buy by mail or phone.
Mas Lluganas is an excellent high-quality producer of traditional local foods.
